you lost the upside dividing resistor in your schematic!

Please check the attached schematic.

as your output voltage is 9.3V, so please choose R1=634k, R2=97.6k, Cff=22pF.

Thanks，your suggest design is in invariable voltage mode,my design is in invariable current mode.

I want to know whether my design works or not,and If I design my circuit just as the insert file,whether will TPS61040 be damaged or not when without load?

do you mean you will add several LEDs between Vout to FB? or the output voltage will get very high and cause damage!

then you can refer to the document : slva227 for the over volatge protection solution if you are worries about the LED failure.
