TPS730: The relationship between start up time and the bypass capacitor of TPS730

Part Number: TPS730

Hi

I got 2 questions about TPS73018 and TPS73025 from my customer.
1.
The start-up time is written 0.05us(the bypass capacitor is 0.001uF) in datasheet.
My customer use these devices that the bypass capacitor is 0.1uF.
Could you tell me the startup time at this the capacitor's value or that calculation method?
2.
The bypass capacitor is written to have to be no more than 0.1uF to ensure that it is fully charged during the quick-start time provided by the internal switch in datasheet.
Could you tell me the relationship between approximate  that time and the capacitor value?
Best regards,
Yokota
