The customer wants to confirm thermal margin in this condition.

Could you provide junction or case temprerature in this condition?

Tomohiro-san,

I measured temperatures with EVM board. Vin=3.3V, Iout=1.4A, Vout=1.2V.

At +25 deg C, package top temperature was +50.9 deg C.

At +105 deg C, package top temperature was +131.0 deg C.
