LM3643EVM: LM3643EVM GUI can't start

The software was developed on Windows 7 so I am wondering if there is a software compatibility issue I am unaware of.  I don't have Win10 on my machine so I will have to ask around to see if there is an easy fix for this.

Although the software can start. But I can't read the register values and there is no PWM1 output for use as Strobe signal. Please advise on what is the possible reason.

In the GUI, does it acknowledge the connection of the USB2ANY board? I believe it should read something to the effect of "connected" and give the firmware number which I believe is 2.7.0. If it does, can you look at the SCL and SDA lines when issuing a command? Do they move or are they fixed.

The firmware was read out and it is 2.7.0. When I click the read button for Register 0x0A and 0x0B for FLAGS1 and FLAGS2, there is pulse on SCL line. Other read button does not have SCL action, SCL is always high. I tried all write button, SCL remains high and STATUS shows"register address not acknowledged". No strobe signal sent out from the docking board.

Do you have any idea? It is still not working, i.e can't configure the board to the flash mode.
