TLC5923: Question about TLC5923 use case

Support, 

We have a new question about this TLC5923 device. We are thinking of using the BLANK signal to this device to create a pulsed signal between our LEDS and photodetectors in order to AC couple the received signal.

 

-        What is the maximum frequency of the BLANK input?

-        When BLANK is high, are there any issues with communication via SPI?

    Hi Jason,
    Happy China New Year! There is no especial maximun frequency, please make sure blank signal to meet the switching characteristics (max in 60us as showed in the datasheet page 4).
    Blank has no impact for SPI commuication.
