I have a UCD9080 EVM. Powered up the EVM with +5V. Red LED D4 illuminates. TP12 and TP11 are 3.3V. Problem is no outputs TP1 thru TP8. Checked enable pins of regulators. Being held at approx. 1.6V. LEDs D1- thru D11 barely illuminated. Forced a few enables to ground and outputs were present. Question is what is holding the enable pins at 1.6V? This happens with EVM connected to PC or not.
