bq20z60-R1 Max Error = 100%

Hi

We use the bq20z60 in a 4s3p battery pack. The controller was already programed in the factory.

But I must change some parameters during our verifcation. For this, I read out the gg-file, make the modification and reprogrammed the new file into the bq20z60.

After this, I do the calibration process like the recommendation in chapter 9.2 of the SLUA404.

Currently the Max Error = 100% and the CF-Flag is set. VOK and QEN are also be 1.

And the Update-Status = 0x04.

What can I do to reset the Max Error to a normal value like 1-3% in that case?
