Can you please tell me how to connect the AGND on our new design. It is not clear from the data sheet.

For the LMZ31520, AGND is connected to PGND internal to the device. AGND should not be connected to PGND on the PCB. AGND should only be used as the ground reference for the voltage setting resistor. See the AGND pin description on page 6 of the datasheet and see the Layout Considerations section of the datasheet on page 20.
