Hi team,
I have a customer looking for the BSDL file for the UCD90240. I am unable to find one, and after searching similar requests it sounds like these support ATE scan, and have JTAG programmability, but not boundary scan (BSDL).
Can someone confirm that or let me know your thoughts?
