Since the maximum value is not specified, I don't think it makes sense to discuss a distribution.

I don't think we can share anything besides what is already in the D/S, but if you can explain what they are trying to achieve with their circuit, maybe I can discus this.

These are very different devices, specs, and questions. But usually for a parameter without a min/max limit you can expect ~30% variation.

Kuramochi,

I believe what you’re asking for is the variation on the internal (Driver) P and N channel FETs rdson. If you’re trying to determine the switching losses, I recommend just using the typical values in the data sheet. The variation of the external FETs Qg, resistance, and capacitance make the calculation very inaccurate, a first order estimate maybe best.
