LMZ30606: For LMZ30606, with Vin 3.3V or 5V Vout=0.85V, can the switch freq be set to 2MHz?

Dear Sir/Madam,

From the pg18 Table 7 of the LMZ30606 datasheet, it seems like I am not able to set Fsw=2MHz for Vin=3.3V/5V and Vout=0.85V.

I just want to reconfirm if it is possible to set Fsw=2MHz for this Vin=3.3/5.0V, Vout=0.85V. what will be the consequence, if I set it to 2MHz for this configuration?

    It is not possible to regulate to 0.85V output voltage with 2MHz switching frequency. The minimum ON-time of the internal controller limits the output voltage at higher switching frequency. If you try to operate under these conditions, the output voltage will increase, along with possible pulse skipping and increased ripple.
