Hi Xiuyi,

The TPS653850-Q1 devices is under limited release with only limited public information available. We do not normally provide original files for EVMs for any device. The other information for TPS653850-Q1 can be requested by the "MORE INFORMATION: For more information on TPS653850-Q1 - Request Now" pane on the device page on www.ti.com. That will start the process to determine of access can be granted under non disclosure process.
