Hi,

Datasheet P7 Power Save Mode has such a description.

"In Power Save Mode, the output voltage rises slightly above the nominal output voltage."

Due to this output voltage rise,
Does the output voltage accuracy exceed ± 2%?

You can look at the datasheet figure 10 to get an idea of the effect of skip mode. During CCM operation, the regulation is about +/- 0.25 % typical. At skip mode threshold and below,, the regulation is about -0/+ 1 %. The tolerance on Vref alone is +/- 2%. This is normal for these type of skip mode devices.
