Hi All:
I am using BQ24133 to design my circuit. but there is a question I didn't understand in BQ24133EVM Sch. If I remove Q1, can the circuit protect reverse input? I know after reverse input, Q1 will tun on. ACDRV is pulled to CMSRC to keep Q2 Q3 off. But if I remove Q1, when input reverse, ACDRV pin won't be set to CMSRC+6V. So, Q2 Q3 will keep off. Reverse input will be protected too. If my understanding is correct? Why is Q1 necessary.
