I am not able find any information on the TI DDR4 RCD

It shows up when i google, but when I click the ti.com link, all I get is an error page saying "sorry we couldn't find your page"

Is there a preliminary datasheet?

This was moved from consumer and computing forum to DCDC forum.

I wouldn't expect the DCDC group to know about DDR4 memory register.

The part number starts from CAB4A
