I wanna to use TPS24720 to protect my board, but I do not understand the tps24720 functional block diagram:

How does servo amplifier work ? How does Rimon monitor current?

Devin,

Vsns (voltage across Rsense) is impressed upon Rset. I Rset = Vsns/Rset. That same current flows through R-Imon creating a voltage propotional to the load. Equation 3. Vimon = Vsns/Rset * Rimon.
