UCC24610: Part No Problem

Part Number: UCC24610

Hello, I am designing a Power Supply which out is 5.0Vdc, 4.0A, 20W. I used PMP8817 design. Please tell me at VOUT point (PMP8817 Schematic.pdf) how much voltage and current we are getting. Can I get my required output at that point only. I need a alternate part no of RLTI - 1083 and RL - 4018 - 220M, which we can buy from digikey.

Regards Pooja

  • Hi Pooja,

Thanks for your interest in the PMP8817. I am not sure if I understand your question, the PMP8817 design is a 5V, 4A which is 20W. I dont believe the design is capable of changing the output voltage to 9V for example without redesigning the transformer and may some of the other circuits.

I think these part numbers are both available from Renco, the RLT1 -1083 is the transformer and is a custom design which will need to be sourced from Renco. The RL-4018-220M is an inductor and the 732-3340-2-ND part number in digi-key is very similar.

    Regards
