TPS782-Q1: OUTPUT voltage accuracy at low load current

Hi Champs,

 

I’m promoting TPS78225-Q1 for current sensing application which is required low quiescent current.

In this application load current is between 5uA to 10uA, and operating temperature range is between -40C to 85C.

 Can you provide Vout accuracy with below condition?

 Vin = 5V

  • Cout=1.0uF

  • Vout=2.5V fixed

  • Iout = 5uA to 10uA

  • Temperature range -40C to 85C

    Unfortunately for older devices like this the data that we have can be sparse at times. I found the original data used to create the PDS plots however, the smallest steps recorded was 100uA starting from 0uA but it should be able to give you a good idea of how the device performs with very low loads. See the graph below.
