Please tell me the measurement method in Fig.4 in the data sheet.

Should I monitor the SW waveform?

This evaluation uses LM536035EVM. .

Figure 4 is the low side switch valley current limit vs. input voltage. To measure it you need to monitor the inductor current during the off time (low side switch on time).
