I now need a schottky diode, similar to BAS40W, and the main focus is the positive guide pressure drop and encapsulation, Vf < 400mv, which is packaged as SOT23.

Hello Jeffery;
TI does not make Schottky diodes.
We do have UC3610 and UC3611 families, none are auto qual.
The BAS40W is made by Diodes Inc, at least they are one source.
Their website shows some Automotive qualified versions.
TI has Automotive designs at this landing page:
www.ti.com/.../taxonomypage.tsp
www.ti.com/.../power-reference-designs-selection.page
This design uses a BAT54HT1 , www.ti.com/.../PMP20774;
Extremely Fast Switching Speed
• Low Forward Voltage − 0.35 V (Typ) @ IF = 10 mAdc
• Device Marking: JV
• NSV Prefix for Automotive and Other Applications Requiring
Unique Site and Control Change Requirements;
AEC−Q101 Qualified and PPAP Capable
You can look at the diodes used in our reference designs, or contact a supplier that makes schottky diodes for assistance.
Thank you for choosing TI.
