Hello,

Please find the attached schematic for the reference.

We have requirement of providing 1.8V reference to one of our circuit. so we used Zener in place of reference but the zener is not maintaining 1.8V constant output. The zener part is from ON Semiconductor. we are identifying for a below solutions:

1) Zener diode with 1.8V output, (SOD-123)

2) DC-DC linear regulator with dual output -3.3 and 1.8V (SOT23-5)

We do not currently have a dual output LDO in the SOT23 package.

From your description it seems that the issue you have discovered is with the reference for 1.8V. Please note that TI does have voltage references that can be found here:

Hello Ryan,

We are trying to use "TPS763" in our circuit, we are not able to import its Spice model to Tina. Can you please us on this.

We found the voltage reference part number "REF3318" from the list which you had shared, we are planning to use the same. Could you please confirm that this part not about get obselete or is there any new part which could replace this part?

Hi Kiran,

Based on your circuit I would recommend looking into the TLV431 shunt reference. They behave very similarly to zener diodes.

I can confirm that the REF3318 will not be obsoleted/replaced any time soon; that is a part that we are actively promoting.
