TPS61073: Regulation when the input voltage is higher than the output one.

Part Number: TPS61073
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS61252

I need to understand how will react the TPS61073 when the input voltage is higher/equal than/to the programmed output.

The datasheet says: "Due to the nature of boost converters, the output voltage regulation is only maintained when the input voltage applied is lower than the programmed output voltage".

Does that mean the output voltage is only following the input voltage in enable mode ?

Thanks in advance and apologies if I missed the information in the datasheet.
