Does anyone have data of maximum Ron Value and rise/fall time of internal FET for TPS56628 and TPS54328?

A rough idea would be OK.

    Hi Go,

    Let me answer your question regarding TPS54328 and some other AE will help on TPS56628.

    Below is the data I found for the Rdson value. The min and max value is is measured under Ta=25C with 30 pcs of sample. It also showed the average value under different Ta for these 30 pcs sample. 

    I could not find the data for the slew rate or the rise fall time for SW. It will depends on the specific working condition and I would recommend you to measure it on your board. Thanks!
