Do we have any information on how much current the body diode can handle if Vout > Vin?
I have suggested that the customer use a diode from Vout to Vin to protect the body diode from an over-current condition, but I would like to know how much current can be sunk through the body diode if it becomes reversed biased without damaging the part.
