Dear Sir, please, answer

I'd like to use REF6025 for voltage control  of  Voltage Control Oscillator JT53LV (16 MHz) . Oscillator has control input for feed 1.5 V+/- 1V voltage. I want to adjust this voltage with a potentiometer, the voltage from the REF6025 will be applied to the potentiometer, and from potentiometer - to VCO. Temperature range: minus 40 to plus 60 C.

QUESTION: Can I use C load cap (see item 9.3.4 of REF6025 datasheet) ceramic 10 microF - GRM188R60J106ME84 ?  I do not care what kind of capacitor to put, but I can not figure out how to choose the ESR. The required value of ESR is too small to select a suitable capacitor.
