As pointed on the page 16 of datasheet the input voltage range (VIN) of TPS53915 can be from 1.5V to 18V, and the bias voltage (VDD) ragges from 4.5V to 25V. On the other hand from power supply recommendations on the page 40 follows that this device is not designed for split-rail operation. Moreover the VIN and VDD must be the same potential. How VIN can be 1.5V when VDD must be more then 4.5V?
