TPS76201: What is the tolerance of the internal Vref?

All the data sheet says is that internal Vref is 0.6663V typical. Is there a min/max range or tolerance for Vref?

Hi Tim,

We do not specify the internal reference variation, but the overall tolerance of VOUT is +/- 3% over temperature and load. This will be primarily dominated by the variation of the reference voltage.
