for UCC2808A, calulating the proper sensing resistor is by { TYP overcurrent threshold[V] / OverCurrent[A] = 0.75V / OverCurrent[A] } ?

Hi Paul,
This part has an overcurrent threshold of 0.75V and a peak current (maximum operating ) threshold of 0.5V
For normal operating conditions you would calculate the resistor value based on 0.5V not 0.75V
