TPS61261: Power consumption when Disabled

Part Number: TPS61261

The boost converter TPS61261 isn't outputing any output current but is still drawining 0.05-0.06uA current. I am using the typical layout as specified on the datasheet. I tried connecting the Enable pin to Vdd, Gnd and a GPIO from Cypress Cybl1053-56lqxi BLE chip and drive it Low. It is still drawing current. Is there a way to disable it to not draw any current without using external component(transistor)?

Thanks
