BQ24038: the timing to set VBSEL pin

Are there the recommended timing when we should change VBSEL setting?

Or are there the non-recommended timing when we should change VBSEL setting?

For example, must not we change during battery charging?

Hello,
VBSEL sets (Charge voltage = 4.2V when VBSEL = LO) or (Charge voltage = 4.36V when VBSEL = HI). VBSEL defaults to 4.2V if left floating. There is no recommended change time.
