UC3865: Shelf Life

Part Number: UC3865

What is the usable shelf life of the through-hole version of part number UC3865N that went obsolete a few years ago?  The "N" suffix indicates PDIP package type.  I tried to locate on the TI search engine, but it was not found:

Only the SOIC version "UC3865DW" was found, but I am not sure if the same shelf life information would apply since the package types are different.  Any guidelines about usable shelf life would be appreciated.
