Hello all,

A customer is looking for a boost converter that can operate at 150C-200C.

He found TPS61222 but this only operates at 125C. Thus, he asked me that " Can I use TPS62000-HT as a boost converter 2V boost to 3V? "

Could anyone help me with this please?

    the TPS62000 is a step-down converter, the output voltage must be lower than input voltage. so it can't be used. we only have a boost controller TPS40210-HT that support this high temperature, but the electrical specification can't meet the requirement.

    just my curious, why the high temperature?
