now I want to use TPS55010 design as isolation DCDC power(1W)：5-5V/200mA, but I want to konw Output voltage accuracy of TPS55010 ，my request is Less than 3%，the TPS55010 can be done it？thx！

For primary side regulation, the load regulation is typically +/- 5 % over most of the load range. At very light loads, the load regulation is somewhat less accurate. See the datasheet figure 27 ( and note that the Y axis label should be "Output Voltage (V)" not "Efficiency (%)" ).
