Hi All,
My application is typeC PD Vbus switch. This is my schematic.
When i use e-load short Type-C output side. Q7 will damage.
My current limit setting 4.7~5.3A.
Please refer following picture. This is MOSFET damage waveform.
Because TPS65982 have ocp protect. So it has turn off CSD17577Q3A.
Why Vgs=0V. I have measure output still 5A current.
