TPS65190: Does TPS65910/2 at VGH=9V operate properly as level-shifter?

Hi LCD team,

My customer is thinking to use TPS65190 at VGH=9V.
How is VGH_min for operation?

DataSheet recomends Op condition of VGH=12Vmin 30Vtyp 38Vmax.
But I think it will work at VGH=9V, because of TPS65192 DS Fig23,
Block Diagram shows PMOS(hi-side) + NMOS(lo-side) and gate control.
It looks VGH=9V maybe enough for Vgs(PMOS) plus control output.

Any comment applreciated,

Hello Matsuro,

Thanks for your enquiry. The minimum voltage that is required to operate this device is 12 V for VGH. It is not possible to judge the electrical characteristics by the block diagram.
What is the input voltage from the system -- How do you generate VGH? Are the 9 V a maximum criteria of the panel?
