Hi Sir,
We do glitch test for L/S gate by TPS51120 with CSD17527Q5A and CSD17506Q5A.
Below is capture waveform. May I know has any risk for MOSFET? Looks voltage is threshold 17506 VTH.
yellow trace is HVGS
blue trace is LVGS
purple trace is current load
