I need  a similar part like LM2940IMP-15  LDO with same matching footprint but current output 2 amps. If there is no part with exact spec as above, please come up with nearest equivalent.

    HI Athun,

    I don't see we have a pin to pin matched version of LM2940IMP-15 that can output 2 amps in our portfolio. If you want the 15V output and 2 amps output currents, there are only 6 parts that may fit your needs. Please see the screenshot I attached. Or you can consider use two LM2940IMP-15 in parallel if that's an option for you to consider.
