 When I use TPS24720 full load,there will be ladder up the phenomenon with the output 12V，38A.

    Go to www.ti.com/hotswap and download the design calculator tool. Looks like you have something set wrong. Are you 100% sure that you are not powering up into a high load? If you are, use the PG signal to allow downstream load turn on after Vout has risen to full value.
