LM5032: What does "SM 1210 to E case + F Thole" mean?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I read the TI Design TIDA-00200 and want to buy components to duplicate this design. But in the file "tidra06", which is the BOM for TIDA-00200, I can not understand the part description of the 7th item. What does "SM 1210 to E case + F Thole" mean? It also says "multi pattern". So does it mean we can either buy a SM 1210 cap with 1200U capacitance or buy an "E case + F Thole" type? And also, what do "E case" and "F Thole" mean?
