Is there a way to change output voltage in TPS61089EVM.

R1, R2 & R3 are soldered in the PCB. How do I change output voltage.

the output voltage can be changed by modify the R1 value. the R1 value calculation method can be found in the datasheet

I understand that.. R1 is soldered in EVM. Do you mean that I should take it out and put another resistance?

Yes, you must take it out and replace it with a new resistor according to the new output voltage . The new R1 value can be calculated by equation (5) in datasheet page 13.
