switching power supply-TL5001 is applicated with Flyback topology, three outputs, +5V feedback circuit.
The problems in debugging are as follows:
1. The feedback circuit and compensation loop of the website are not correct. After changing the feedback, the switch power can output voltage.
2. The switching frequency is out of control. According to the RT data form given by the website, when RT is 100K, switching frequency is about 100KHz,
and the no-load test is about 100KHz, and the test is only 22KHz after a slight load. Output power 3W.
3, The dead band time out of control. Now it is going to control the dead band time within 4.5 us.
The dead band time is increased or duty cycle reach 0 when the input voltage changs from 8V to 16V.
This caused the switch chip don't work, or the duty cycle is too big causing the transformer saturation.
