TPS65912: What the Quiescent current of TPS65912？

Dears，

    From the data sheet ，we can see the quiescent current of tps65912 is 32ua，and it has 4 DC-DC,10 LDO;It is 32ua totally；Can you recommend some PMIC whose quiescent current is below 300ua；

    The 32µA you highlighted is the typical individual value for the majority of LDOs, specified in detail in section 5-7, and 26µA is the typical current for the individual DCDCs, as you can see in section 5-5. However, the device can go into a sleep state that will reduce the quiescent current consumption, and some regulators can be configured to stay active in a lower current ECO mode.

    Do you need <300µA while all regulators are active or could the ECO mode help you achieve your target?

    Hi Cris,

    For 2 BUCKs and 9 LDOs, the TPS65912 is likely the best PMIC available and 300 uA should be achievable using selective use of Eco-mode assuming this is a low power operation mode. For full active state with both BUCKs + 9 LDOs all enabled and not in Eco-mode, it will be above 300 uA but at that point the system should be drawing much more than 300 uA so PMIC Iq should have less of an impact. The TPS65910 and TPS65911 are similar in their rail count but with higher Iq.

    Please note that the TPS65912 is factory programmed, so use of it is conditional. Customer needs to be OK to boot to the specific voltages and sequence of the released versions (TPS659121 or TPS659122) or have sufficient business case to warrant a new OTP spin.
