LM3530: Logic low threshold of HWEN

Hi Team,

According to the following specification, I believe HWEN pin should be applied down to 0V to reset wthout fault over the full operating ambient temperature range.
Is my understanding correct?

HWEN is specified to see a logic low for any voltage < 0.4V. You can take the voltage down to 0V, but it will reset for VHWEN < 0.4V.

I had thought logic low threshold can be 0～0.4V over the full operating ambient temperature range, however understood I had confused myself.
