LM2663: LM2663

Part Number: LM2663

Hi,

I'm using an LM2663 as a simple inverter, represented as the first application schematic in the datasheet.

In this case, we're simply inverting +5V to -5V.

We need to defeat the LM2663 during power-up, but doing so seems to cause latch-up.

If the shut-down pin is exerted at power-up, the LM2663 doesn't ever start.  Exerting the shut-down pin AFTER power-up, results in shutdown.

How can I prevent latching at power-up for the simple inverting application ?

Thanks,
