Hello Team,
do we have some thermal impedance parameter (Zth JC, Zth JA) for LM53602/3 family?
As assumption you could use following PCB characteristics:
- 4-layers and 6-layers
- cooling area of 70mm2 PCB on all layers
- minimum of 10 thermal vias
Request is now a Zth value for pulses of 20us to 1s in length
