TPS795: Chose between this and LP5912 for RF design

Hello!

Now I'm designing some receiver for ISM standard. I have 5 V from switched regulator and need good LDO for 3.3 V. When I choose the LDO I saw for TPS79533 and LP5912-3.3 and I don't see big difference between this LDOs. LP5912 have lower Noise, similar PSRR, small size and lower cost compared TPS795. What choose is best for RF and why?

Hi Ivan,
The two devices are good candidates for your application needs however I would recommend the LP5912 over the TPS795 since it is newer and has the following advantages :
1. Lower cost.
2. Power Good (PG) feature.
3. Smaller package.
As for disadvantages :
LP519 requires 0.7uF min input capacitor and an output capacitor no greater than 10uF wth 5-500 mOhms ESR.
