I often reference the following devices and documentation when introducing isolated DC/DC.

So question.

Is it possible to design with a photocoupler for the purpose of improving the regulation accuracy even in the case of generally flybuck configuration as described in the document?

Yes t is possible to implement an Opto Coupler with a FlyBuck Design. Please see attached example.Flybuck with optocoupler_PMP9298_18Vin to 75Vin; 15Vout @ 0.2A.pdf

Is it necessary to draw a load even at from 7.65V's output terminal in order to keep regulation?

Hello Masumi san,

No, you do not need to load the primary because the LM5160 and/or any other part intended for use with FlyBuck are Forced CCM devices, ie. they do not operate in DCM mode at light loads. As such you do not need to preload the primary side to maintain secondary regulation.
