1.What is the voltage of soft start terminal when the switching starts?

2.What is the voltage of soft start terminal when Vout is set the volatge?

3. How many seconds does the constant current begin to flow after applied voltage to Vcc?

I'm sorry, but please let me ask the further questions.
If I use the enable circuit, should I add the FET and the resister of several dozen~220Ω between soft start terminal and GND?

Hi Yokota-san,

There is an internal transistor controlled by the ILIM/Shutdown pin that is connected to the soft start. Applying a voltage greater than 1.4V to the ILIM/SD pin will shutdown the device and can act as your enable/disable.
