TPS62737 TA=-20~85℃.Customer request operating temperature=-40~125℃，but no problems were detected after the customer tested the TPS62737 at high temperature.

Are customers worried about the risk? Is TPS62737 available?

Hi,

The recommended ambient temperature is -20 to 85℃. The performance of the IC is not guaranteed to meet the specifications if you exceed those limits. The TPS62737 is still available although it is an old device and is about to be NRND. You can take a look at other buck converters here: www.ti.com/.../buck-converter-integrated-switch-overview.page
