I did some research, there is a document available, ψJT = 0.2 seems low but it's still reasonable.
->TO-263 ψJT=11.4, TO-220 ψJT=8.5, so compared with these value, it seems that ψJT = 0.2 is low.
   On the document P8 which you mentioned, there is description "plastic packages, Ψ JT is typically 0.5°C/W–2°C/W".
   As the conclusion, WSON is plastic packages, so does it mean that ψJT = 0.2 is appropriate value, right?
